1. How do I place an order online?

As you browse through our site you can add any items you wish to buy. Once you have finished with your selections and wish to complete the transaction you may proceed to the checkout and complete your order using your debit/credit card or paypal account If you encounter difficulty during the ordering process, please email: help@TheColourCouture.com.

We accept the following credit and debit cards. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. UK customers also have the option of payment by cheque, bank drafts and postal orders. Our credit/debit card pages are hosted securely on encrypted pages hosted by our payment services providers, Paypal. Your card details are fully encrypted and not held in clear text on any website.

3. How long will it take receive jewellery?

As an independent handmade jewellery boutique, we are able to offer our customers the luxury of having all our jewellery made-to-order once an order is received. We are usually able to dispatch online orders within 48 hours. We always give an estimated delivery date once your order is received.

4. Can I send my order to an alternate address?

If it is more convenient to have your order delivered to an alternative address. e.g. your work place, simply enter the full details of your preferred delivery address during checkout and we will deliver to that address. You may also request pricing be excluded from your recipient. Email us after you have placed the order to request this free option: gifts@TheColourCouture.com. A copy of the invoice containing these details will be sent to you as the purchaser.

5. Do you accept international orders?

Yes, We can dispatch international orders. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Indonesia and some other parts of Asia and Africa, the available countries are shown at checkout. Find see our International Delivery Charges.

6. I have never bought jewellery online: How can I be sure of my purchase?

We do our best to accurately represent our jewellery, with accurate photos, product measurements and detailed product descriptions. Our jewellery has always exceeded our customers' expectations since even our best photographs do not reflect the extent of the quality of our gemstones. See reasons why you can shop with us.

7. Colour Couture Jewellery is all handmade: Why is it so affordable?

Simply because we shop around for the best price on all our materials, the same way anyone would. We believe quality jewellery is a necessary luxury, so we go out of our way to make our elegant jewellery accessible to wide earning bracket.

8. What is your Refund Policy?

Colour Couture operates a fully comprehensive returns policy. This means that you can return your jewellery for whatever reason within 14days. A Return Authorisation Code (RAC) must be requested from Colour Couture within 7 days of delivery. See our 'Shipping Details' Page for full details of our Refund Policy.

9. Can I exchange a gift I received from Colour Couture?

Yes, if you have received Colour Couture jewellery as a gift but would prefer something else, email: giftexchange@TheColourCouture.com and we can arrange an exchange. You may be charged for any difference in cost, any additional shipping and applicable taxes.

We aim to process all orders the same day it is received. As our jewellery are handmade, please allow 48hrs for your luxury handmade jewellery to be crafted. See our Delivery Charges

Even the tinniest present from Colour Couture arrive in luxury silk pouches packaged in our exclusive pillow gift box. Pillow boxes are finished with a hand-tied chocolate ribbon and a product information & care booklet.

12. How can I cancel/change my order?

Should you need to cancel/change your order before it is shipped, email us requesting a cancellation/ details of the change and we will cancel/change the order for you. We reserve the right to deduct any credit card handling fees incurred by us from the total amount refunded.

13. Can you help me find a special gift for a special person?

Yes. You can make use of our free Gift Shopping service by emailing us GiftShop@TheColourCouture.com; Tel: 0844 844 2294. Tell us the sort of gifts you are looking for and the price range and we will suggest suitable gifts. If for any reason the recipient of your gift does not like it, it can be returned or exchanged.

15. Can you carry out jewellery repairs ?

Yes. We offer a jewellery repair service even if the item was not originally bought from us. Our repair service is subject to a small handling charge of £5.99 excluding cost of materials. Your jewellery is shipped back to you FREE. Email us for details: repairs@thecolourcouture.com
